Shipping + Returns

Shipping & Delivery
All packages, regardless of destination, are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost and require signature confirmation. Please note due to the current public health crisis, Canada Post is not currently collecting signatures nor are they guaranteeing delivery times. Shipping is currently available within Canada and to the US. Xpresspost rates vary from approximately $13-26 CAD within Canada and is $28 CAD to the US.

Items shipped outside of Canada may experience delays as they are processed through the customs office of your country, and may be subject to taxes, duty, or other fees applied by the government of the receiving country and are not controlled by North Faun. These potential fees are solely the responsibility of the client.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and customized nature of your North Faun jewellery, returns, exchanges and late cancellations cannot be processed. Please view all images, listing details, and confirm your sizing prior to committing to purchasing. Please email prior to ordering with any additional questions you may have. Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order, if one is needed. After this time, materials for your commission will have been ordered and/or work will have begun. Cancellations requested after the 48 hour mark cannot be accommodated.

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrectly created, please email within 48 hours of receipt as indicated by your tracking. Clients will be required to return their items to the studio for repair within 14 days. In these instances, a partial refund will be credited to the original payment method for return shipping costs.
